What does 'Oyin' mean and are your products natural?
Oyin is the Yoruba word for Honey! Our products are made with food-grade ingredients like honey, shea butter, and vegetable oils. We pride ourselves on being 'gentle enough for a baby, effective enough for an adult,' using no harsh sulfates, silicones, or parabens.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our kitchen.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select international territories. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Due to the handcrafted, personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Are your products safe for color-treated hair?
Yes! Because our hair care line is sulfate-free and formulated with moisture-retaining ingredients, it is exceptionally gentle on color-treated and chemically processed hair.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations.
