At Oyin Handmade, we want you to love your moisture-rich products; however, due to the artisanal and personal care nature of our items, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to our customer care team so we can make it right.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
